Influence the Future of the Higher Education Marketing Community
Chicago, IL— The American Marketing Association (AMA) officially opens the call for proposals for speakers at the 2025 AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education. The event will take place at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD, November 9-12, 2025. Join the AMA as a conference presenter to share content that strengthens the profession of higher education marketing, expand personal networks through an audience of peers, and raise the institution’s or company’s visibility.

The Symposium is an opportunity for marketers to share, connect, and learn at the leading (and largest) conference to advance the higher education marketing field. The Symposium’s content is structured to help higher ed marketers of all levels build strong brands, drive revenue, engage audiences, support career and team growth, and move the industry and institutions forward.
Proposal timeline:
- Monday, May 5, 2025: Submission deadline
- Week of June 30, 2025: Selected proposals notified
Speakers must be available to present during the event dates: November 9-12, 2025.
All speakers will need to register for the conference. One complimentary speaker registration is provided per session, and additional speakers are required to register through the AMA website.
