Airbnb’s “Night At” Experiences
Airbnb, the popular online marketplace for accommodations, used promotional products in a creative way through their “Night At” experiences. They offered unique and exclusive overnight stays in unusual locations, such as underwater bedrooms, treehouses, and iconic landmarks.
As part of the experience, guests received customized and branded amenities, including personalized welcome kits, branded toiletries, and Airbnb-themed merchandise. These promotional products not only provided practical use during the stay but also served as memorable souvenirs that further reinforced the connection to the Airbnb brand.
By incorporating promotional products into these extraordinary experiences, Airbnb created a sense of exclusivity and excitement for their guests. The branded items extended the brand experience beyond the stay itself, acting as conversation starters and reminders of the unique adventure they had with Airbnb.
This innovative use of promotional products helped Airbnb differentiate itself in the travel industry, attract media attention, and generate positive word-of-mouth marketing, showcasing the potential of promotional products to enhance brand experiences and create lasting memories for customers.
