Who is the Competition Sponsor?

McGraw Hill is working closely with Dr. Raj Sachdev, author of Digital Marketing (McGraw Hill) to create and bring you this brand new competition with a debut at ICC 2025.
What is this new competition all about?
The McGraw Hill Sachdev Digital Marketing Competition is designed to challenge students to create effective digital marketing outputs based on a given digital marketing brief which will be provided at the start of this in-person competition at the ICC. Teams will be asked to create two digital marketing outputs (details to be provided in the digital marketing brief) within the time allotted.

Competition Process
- Chapters can sign up when competition opens. Note: This is a team competition, with teams of 2-5 students. There are only 30 team spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, one team per chapter.
- Participants must be registered for the AMA International Collegiate Conference. Note: Even if your chapter is still in the process of paying for ICC, you can sign up for the ICC competitions. All competition participants will be verified and confirmed before securing a competition spot.
- Once verified, participants will receive a confirmation email with further details.
- At ICC, the competition will be a 2–hour session where your team works together to create two digital marketing outputs based on a digital marketing brief to be provided on site at the competition.
- Competition will take place in-person on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 1:00p to 3:00p CST.
- Each competing student must provide and bring their own laptop, fully charged. Please note that power strips or electrical outlets will not be available. It is the responsibility of the participating chapters to ensure their team has the necessary technology to compete.
Entry Requirements
- Exclusively open to undergraduate students
- Each AMA Collegiate Chapter may register only one team, consisting of 2-5 students, to compete.
- Students competing are required to be in person at the AMA International Collegiate Conference.
How is the Competition Judged?
Your team will be evaluated by a panel of session partners and volunteer judges.

FAQs
Do I have to be registered for the 2025 AMA International Collegiate Conference to participate?
Yes. To participate in the Digital Marketing Challenge, all chapter participants must register for 2025 ICC. All chapter teams that secure a spot in the competition will be required to register for ICC by January 2025.
