Follow these easy steps:
- Confirm Prize: Reply to the post ICC notifications and follow claim prize instructions.
- Share Proper Banking Information: Submit the required payment details and banking information to release prize.
- Don’t Delay: Submit your ICC prize claim on or before April 29, 2026.
You Won at ICC! How do you claim your ICC prize?
ICC Prize notifications have been sent to individuals winners. For chapter team wins, the notification was sent to the Chapter’s Faculty Advisor.
Once you receive the email notification from AMA Collegiate (Lore Gil, lgil@ama.org), follow the instructions provided and submit all required banking documentation to initiate payment.
To begin the ICC Prize Claim, select the appropriate link below and complete the DocuSign form. All prize claims and required payment DocuSign forms must be submitted by April 29, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of your prize.
AMA will begin processing all ICC Prize claims the first week of May 2026. Payment processing will take up to 3-weeks.
If you would like to request a check payment, submit your request in writing by emailing AMA Collegiate, Lore Gil at lgil@ama.org no later than April 29, 2026. Please note that requesting a check payment will delay the release of the ICC prize by an additional 2-weeks.

U.S. INDIVIDUAL or a CHAPTER TEAM WIN (Prize Claims of $599 or Less: Complete the ACH/Wire Banking Form)
U.S. INDIVIDUAL or a CHAPTER TEAM WIN Important Note: Prize claim of $600 or more will also require a W-9 Tax Form to be completed for IRS reporting. Payments will be processed in compliance with the U.S. IRS regulations.
NON-U.S. / INTERNATIONAL INDIVIDUAL or a CHAPTER TEAM WIN (Outside the U.S. Prize Claims: Complete the WIRE Banking Form) Important Note: Prize claims for International Individual or a Chapter Team win must complete a Wire Banking Form and the W-8 Tax Form.
