AI is changing what organizations can do, how quickly they need to respond and who has the expertise to make decisions. In this dynamic environment, leadership cannot depend on one person having every answer; effective leadership requires people to understand their influence, know when to empower others, take responsibility for their decisions and shape their reputation through action.
This interactive session from Capella University’s Dr. Rebecca Snarski makes the case for intentional leadership that doesn’t necessarily force us to become technology experts. For marketing leaders, that means knowing when we don’t have all the answers, and knowing who to turn to and when – with clarity, trust and delegation.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear understanding that self-awareness is a leadership strength, not a weakness
- An understanding of why AI disruption is fundamentally a leadership challenge, not just a technology challenge
- Strategies for intentionally shaping the reputation your everyday leadership behavior creates
- A practical checklist to help you identify what to release, what to delegate and where to focus your leadership attention.
This session includes live polls and reflection moments – come ready to engage.
