From Signal to Decision: How Northwestern Medicine & Indiana University Turn Social Data into Action

Free webinar brought to you by Sprout Social.

Social listening tells you what’s happening. The real payoff comes from what you do next. Join leaders from Indiana University, Northwestern Medicine, and Sprout Social as they share how they turn raw social data into strategies that move their organization.

Here’s what you’ll take away:

  • Ways to share insights with leaders who don’t live in social every day
  • A sharper sense of which social signals deserve your attention (and which are just noise)
  • Real examples of social data changing a decision, and what happened next

This webinar airs at 12 PM CST and will be available on-demand for six months after airing.
