Mark Weinstein, Chief Marketing Officer, Hilton, oversees a global team that inspires over 200 million customers each year to explore, experience and fall in love with the Hilton portfolio of nearly 7,300 hotels across 22 brands in 123 countries and territories. His team focuses on brand and performance marketing, encompassing content creation, media strategies and customer insights, introducing Hilton’s enduring brand platform, “Hilton. For the Stay.” and related campaigns.

For a decade, Mark has guided Hilton Honors, transforming it from a 25-million-member guest program in 2010 to a travel club with 165 million members. His team collaborates with partners like AMEX, Live Nation and McLaren Racing and manages Hilton’s portfolio of co-branded credit cards.

A recognized industry expert, Mark has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Billboard and has spoken at premier industry events like CES and the Cannes Festival of Creativity. Under his leadership, Hilton has garnered numerous awards, including Clio Awards and J. D. Power rankings, with Forbes and Rolling Stone recognizing Mark as a top marketing professional.

Mark joined Hilton in 2010 after roles at MarketBridge and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in marketing and finance.

Andrew Geller, Executive Producer and Head of Emerging Tech at 1stAveMachine, tells stories through new platforms and technologies across commercial, entertainment, and digital realms. Notable projects include ‘Are We There Yet?’ with Keke Palmer, a whimsical branded entertainment content series in collaboration with Meta, or the world’s first AI-powered radio station, to enhance surgical performance. For Carvana, the fusion of AI, big data, and emotive storytelling, contributed to the creation of over 1.3 million personalized videos for Carvana’s clients. Geller also established a multi-year partnership with Google, producing the Google Hardware Events and associated films. Recently, he spearheaded the ‘Best Coke ever?’ OOH campaign, leveraging AI computer vision to generate billboard typography in 400 languages. Andrew’s award-winning career includes campaigns for Xbox, Facebook, Instagram, Puma, Autograph Hotels, Snapchat, Ray Ban, United Airlines and many more.

When will the full conference agenda be available?

The conference agenda will be posted to the AMA event page 2.5-3 weeks out from the event start date. Speakers and sponsors will also be posted at this time. Keynote speakers can be found in the “Home” or main tab on the event page.

Login & Registration FAQs

I’ve already registered. Where can I find the link to log in to the conference?

24 hours before the conference begins, an email will be sent out to all registrants with a login link for them to access the conference platform. A link to log in will also be made available on this event page and in the trending bar of ama.org.

When I try to log in, the platform asks for a verification code. Where can I find this?

A verification code will be sent to the email address and/or the phone number used during registration. It should appear within a few minutes. You may want to check your spam or junk folders for this as well. If you have any problems finding your verification code, please reach out to our customer service team for help.

Will conference presentations be available on-demand?

All conference material, including presentations, will be available on-demand in the 2024 AMA Virtual Conference: Customer Experience Attendee Hub within 24 hours, if not sooner.

How long will I have access to the 2024 AMA Virtual Conference: Customer Experience Attendee Hub?

The Attend Hub will remain open and available for on-demand viewing for 6 months after the event.

How can I see the attendee list?

Click on the Community tab at the top of the page, then Attendees. Here you will find a list and can message attendees who have opted to be visible in the Attendee Hub.

How can I communicate with other attendees?

Methods of communication include session chat, direct messaging, Sponsor appointments and Sponsor virtual booths.

How do I schedule an appointment with a Sponsor?

On the homepage, you will be able to schedule appointments with sponsors. You will also have the ability to meet with someone from their organization immediately or send a message to be followed up with later in the Sponsor virtual booths.

How do I change my visibility settings?

Click on your initials and view profile in the top right corner. Here you can select visible to appear on the attendee list or hidden.
