The hybrid format of this year’s conference is designed for undergraduate marketing students looking to learn from industry professionals about careers and cutting-edge marketing and sales practices, AMA collegiate chapters that want to celebrate their successes and learn best practice chapter management techniques and students, and AMA faculty advisors wanting to network with their peers.

Vaccines & Mask Wearing Required Indoors.

We are committed to the health, safety and well-being of our students and partners. Currently, in line with CDC and City of Chicago guidance, full vaccination and indoor mask wearing is required to be part of ICC in person. We will continue working closely with our internal health & safety taskforce for the conference, and the host hotel, to carefully follow CDC and City of Chicago guidelines, and adapt to evolving protocols as needed. Once again, your health and safety is our priority.

Room Reservations

We’ve secured an AMA room block at a special rate of $259.00 single/double/triple/quad occupancy per night (excluding taxes and applicable fees which are currently 17.4%, but are subject to change).  

The reservation cut-off date is February 15, 2022.

Please reserve your overnight accommodations early as there are a limited number of AMA special rates available.

Please know that any hotel room booked outside the AMA negotiated block may not be eligible for the discounted rate. Those reservations may also have a different cancellation policy and will not be eligible for reimbursement in the case of event cancellation.
