How to Use the Influencer Marketing Tracker

  1. Make a Copy
    • Go to File ➝ Make a Copy to save your working version.
  2. Set Up Your Influencer Database
    • Open the Influencer Database tab:
      • Add influencer names, handles, platforms, and rates
      • The sheet autogenerates Influencer IDs and URLs
      • Formulas populate engagement metrics if added
    • This tab powers all dropdowns and lookups across the tracker.
  3. Track Outreach and Negotiations
    • Use the Outreach & Recruitment tab to manage:
      • Outreach status
      • Negotiation notes
      • Product or paid compensation
      • Contract sent/signed dates
    • Selecting an Influencer ID autofills their details.
  4. Log Deliverables
    • Open Deliverables:
      • Select the Campaign Name
      • Select the Influencer ID
      • Deliverable ID autogenerates
      • Add due dates, posted dates, post links, and screenshots
    • Everything is formula-driven to maintain consistency.
  5. Paste Performance Metrics
    • In Performance & ROI, paste metrics after posts go live:
