Emily McReynolds

Global AI Strategy, Digital Strategy Group, Adobe

Emily McReynolds is Head of Global AI Strategy at Adobe focusing on enterprise AI adoption. She has over 15 years of experience in data governance, machine learning & AI across technical research and industry, including Microsoft and Meta. Having deployed AI at multiple companies, she understands the challenges an organization encounters in rolling out AI. Emily provides guidance on AI implementation through frameworks such as The AI Inflection Point: How to adopt AI in your organization. Emily started coding in HTML and taught people to use computers back when we used floppy disks.

Grace Yee

Senior Director, Ethical Innovation, Adobe

Grace Yee is the Senior Director of Ethical Innovation (AI Ethics and Accessibility) at Adobe, driving global, organization-wide work around AI ethics and accessibility and developing processes, tools, trainings, and other resources to help ensure that Adobe’s industry-leading innovations continually evolve in line with Adobe’s core values and ethical principles. Grace oversees Adobe’s AI Ethics Committee, AI Ethics Board and Accessibility Board; partners with the policy team to drive advocacy and shape public policy; and works with government groups, trade associations, and user communities to promote and advance AI and accessibility policies and standards and drive impactful industry solutions. Grace has more than two decades of software product management and engineering management experience, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Stephanie Ballard

Director of Responsible AI Practice, Microsoft

Steph Ballard is a Director of Responsible AI Practice in Microsoft’s Office of Responsible AI, where she translates AI regulation into scalable internal policy to support first-party engineering compliance. She is currently focused on frontier AI safety, supporting the implementation of Microsoft’s Frontier Governance Framework through emerging risk identification, threat modeling, and the creation of red-teaming, evaluation, and mitigation approaches. She has led workstreams on the EU AI Act’s prohibited practices, high-risk systems, and both product and governance transparency. She frequently advises product and central infrastructure teams on implementation and compliance. Before joining Microsoft, she earned her PhD from the University of Washington Information School and was a member of the Tech Policy Lab and Value Sensitive Design Lab.
