2024 Frontiers in Service Conference

Amelia Island, FL

Improving Lives Through Service

Mark your calendar to join the 2024 Frontiers in Service Conference on Amelia Island from June 27-30 to explore the frontiers service research and experience the amazing, global community of service scholars!

The 2024 conference is focused on the potential of services, in all their variety, to affect consumer, societal and environmental well-being in numerous ways. Over the last decade, the ideas of ‘transformative’ and ‘sustainable’ services have blossomed into meaningful themes for service scholars. Drawing on these ideals, the 2024 conference will explore various service topics with a central emphasis on how services can (better) contribute to improving lives and the broader society. Certainly, it will consider the role of service in overcoming crises (e.g., the pandemic). Other important themes include:

  • Service Marketing
  • Service Management
  • Service Operations
  • Service Strategy
  • Service Design
  • Service Engineering
  • Service Science
  • Service IT, AI/Robotics in Service
  • Service and Public Policy
  • Transformative Service

Especially with a focus on how all these areas relate to improving individual and societal well-being.
