Tackling Climate Change Causes with Sustainable Behaviors: to Relate to Environmental Problems or to Health Risks?
Presented by: Dr. Zeinab Rezvani, Dr. Hajar Fatemi, and Prof. Oliver Schnittka from University of Windsor
Dr. Zeinab & team, thank you for exploring the strength of (marketing) communications that focus on health and environmental risks in stimulating sustainable behaviours.
I would like to know about the methods applied – the section about “Stimuli” is not quite clear.
Thank you Agu Godswill Agu for your good question. We tested our research question using an online experiment on Amazon Mechanical Turk website. The participants were randomly assigned to three conditions of control, environmental consequences and health consequences. You may find the text that they read in each condition under “Stimuli” in our poster. Please let us know if you have any further questions/feedback. Thank you!
