I am writing the 3rd edition of this text and looking for interesting, informative and current case studies on service, technology and Internet companies. Cases should be about 12-18 pages (including exhibits) and closely relate to one of the above chapter themes. Be sure to include 3 to 5 end-of-case questions as these teaching cases will be used in undergraduate and MBA marketing courses. I am also open to the possibility of chapter contributors/co-authors for chapters 3, 7-9, 11 (noted with asterisk). Your work will be read – more than 10,000 copies of the first two editions of the book have been sold.
If you are interested in participating in this project, please e-mail Art Weinstein art@huizenga.nova.edu your brief proposal no later than April 30th. Also, feel free and call 954-262-5097 for clarification or additional guidelines. Completed work is due June 30th, 2011.
