Research is done.  Time to report the findings.

This template is not to be used to help you conduct research but to report the results.  The five-page Word document is divided into six sections:  executive summary, description of the problem, research design and methodology, research study results, recommendations, and appendix.  In the appendix, you can attach documents including surveys used in your research.  A valuable tool to communicate and share your results with colleagues and co-workers!
