Take the time to audit your readiness to move forward with a mobile marketing program so you know in ​advance areas that will need support. 

This assessment will help you understand your current “score” in five key areas:  senior management commitment; alignment with business goals and objectives; mobile marketing knowledge, trends and regulations; planning; staff, systems, and training.  The first step is to establish weighting across the five key areas.  Next, complete the self-assessment and score yourself against the best practices listed.  Finally the results tab will automatically tabulate the findings and gives you your current state and a goal state so you can clearly communicate the results of the as​​sessment and what areas need improvement.  Finally, refer to the recommendations tab for top line hints on how to improve your mobile marketing program.
