If you aren’t sure where to start with your mobile marketing program, a good place to start is to look at your competitors programs.  This template allows you to document what competitors are doing, what is working and what is not. 

The template includes several examples, including mobile apps, SMS, QR codes, as well as a blank sheet to add a mobile marketing program specific to your business. The mobile app tab includes such things as how many people have downloaded it, what overall reviews are, and what operating system they are using. 

This is a good tool to monitor and track what is happening with your competitors, generate new ideas for your own programs and determine which of your competit​ors poses the biggest threat.
