Dear colleagues,

We are excited to announce the 15th Maastricht Behavioral and Experimental Economics Symposium (M-BEES 2023) and the 8th Maastricht Behavioral Economic Policy Symposium (M-BEPS 2023). Both symposia will take place at Maastricht University, on June 12 and 13, 2023. We are delighted to welcome four excellent keynote speakers:

M-BEES (12 June 2023):

• Simon Gächter (University of Nottingham)
• Pietro Ortoleva (Princeton University)

M-BEPS (13 June 2023):

• Emanuele Ciriolo (Head of the Competence Centre on Behavioural Insights, European Commission)
• Dorothea Kübler (WZB & TU Berlin)

As in previous years, the broad topic of M-BEES is theory and experiments, bringing together researchers to discuss if and how economic experiments can inform economic theory and vice versa.

M-BEPS brings together behavioral and experimental researchers from different disciplines as well as policy makers and practitioners interested in how behavioral economics can inform policies in government and business.

The deadline for submission of full research papers is February 24, 2023. All details about the submission procedure can be found on the website of the symposia (https://sites.google.com/view/mbees-mbeps/).
