Fordham University’s Consumer Financial Well-being Initiative is pleased to announce the winner of the annual Consumer Financial Well-Being (CFWB) Emerging Scholar Competition.

This year’s award is given to Ekaterina Kalantyrski, a doctoral student at the University of Guelph, Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, for her research entitled “Development of a Retirement-Related Financial Literacy Scale”.  The competition was widely announced and attracted participants from across the globe.

The competition seeks to support doctoral research across disciplines to improve consumer financial well-being.  The award committee included Anthony Defrancesco, Hooman Estelami, Tim Malefyt, Hoori Rafieian, Mohammad Nejad, and Genevieve O’Connor.
