Katrijn Gielens will be the next Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Retailing

I am pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2022, Professor Katrijn Gielens will serve as the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) of the Journal of Retailing (JR). Katrijn is Professor of Marketing and Sarah Graham Kenan scholar at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she teaches courses in retailing and channel management. Her research focuses on the dynamics in digital and brick-and-mortar retailing and relationships between retailers and brand manufacturers, and her work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing (IJRM), Journal of Consumer Research and Marketing Science.
