The Academy of Marketing Science is pleased to present the following webinar:

“What Makes a Good Reviewer?

AMS invites all academics/doctoral students in Marketing to participate in this event that focuses on the rich discussion of how to serve as a good peer reviewer to the academic community as well as how to respond to the reviewer’s comments as an author for successful publication. While reviews are critical to helping editors sift through the myriad of submissions and authors improve the quality of their papers, for reviewers with little experience, it can be quite a struggle to write quality reviews. Moreover, how you respond to the reviewers’ comments on submitted articles is essential to publication. This webinar intends to share collective insights and experiences from the expert panel composed of prolific authors, journal editors, and editorial review board members.

The webinar, moderated by Hyunju Shin (Georgia Southern University), will take place on Thursday, July 22 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (USA Eastern Time) and features panelists including O.C. Ferrell (Auburn University), Sharon Beatty (University of Alabama), Jacqueline Eastman (Georgia Southern University), Julie Moulard (Louisiana Tech University) and Dipayan Biswas (University of South Florida).

**The event is free and open to all academics/doctoral students regardless of AMS membership.**
