Dear Colleagues,

A group of scholars associated with Michigan State University has embarked on a large-scale meta-analysis project examining the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic sources of salesperson motivation on salesperson performance. At this stage, we are looking for unpublished empirical studies on the motivation-performance relationship that measure salesperson performance at the individual level. We would be grateful if you could provide us with your working papers and unpublished studies. We assure you that the data will only be used in our analysis at an aggregate level for the meta-analysis.

Your help would be greatly appreciated and properly acknowledged.

Best wishes,

Ahmet
