Bob Kelly, Chairman of the Sales Management Association (www.salesmanagement.org), is this year’s keynote with a presentation titled “The Four Salesmen of the Apocalypse.” In it, he reveals the outdated concepts that underlie sales tech, process, management, and training as practiced by most organizations, and the future models whose adoption will be accelerated by the current crisis.
