Together with professors Martin Eisend and Vesna Zabkar, I am conducting a meta-analysis on the effects of brand crisis management strategies (apologies, denials, product recalls, compensations, advertising, etc.) on firm performance and consumer outcomes (brand trust, reputation, attitudes, behavioral intentions, etc.).
