- Expectations and guarantees regarding labels
- Site identity and the homogenization of labelled destinations
- Use of labels for educational purposes for visitors and residents

- January 10th, 2020 : Submit an abstract of no more than 500 words, including title and full contact details, as an electronic file to: chairedetourisme@ulaval.ca Abstracts can be written and presented in English, French or Spanish.
- January 21, 2020 : Notification of acceptance or rejection, online registration opens and information regarding accommodations and travel suggestions made available
