A book edited by: Carlos Martins and Paula Rodrigues
Publisher: IGI Global
Objective of the Book
The present book is conceptualized to provide fundamental understanding, on foundations of competitive advantage to guarantee superior performances. To assure this level of performance a set of choices (drivers) must be created ensuring, operational efficiency, innovative products, customer knowledge-based, focused on branding, or design-oriented. Everything must be developed with agility, flexibility and a worldwide vision. All these issues must be supported and fit, with intangible competences, like leadership, managing change, developing more complex sales systems, or new ways of communication and organizing (Reeves et al., 2016). In addition to this, the use of data and assurance of digital skills to manage change in volatile contexts seem to be critical issues.
