Call for Papers – Ethics, Sustainability, and CSR Track

Any firm exists in a larger society. Marketing seeks to create value not only for the primary stakeholders but also for the secondary stakeholders, such as the community and general public. The positive contribution of marketing to society is reflected in firms’ ethical behaviors, sustainable development, and CSR initiatives.

We call for paper submissions that enrich our understanding of business ethics, sustainability, and CSR. Given the multidisciplinary nature of the field, we encourage submissions from multiple disciplines, including marketing, management, sociology, psychology, and entrepreneurship. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Integrating ethics into marketing strategy
  • Social marketing and social entrepreneurship
  • The impact of ethics, sustainability, and CSR on marketing performance
  • Ethics, sustainability, and CSR in the digital era
  • CSR initiatives and corporate culture
  • Ethics, CSR, and brand crisis management
  • The impact of marketing on sustainable business growth
  • Customer interpretation of firm CSR initiatives
  • Customer support and sustainability
  • Marketing and community development
  • Ethnic diversity and multicultural marketing
  • Green marketing and cause marketing
