QUIS 2019

Since 1988, the QUIS symposium brings together the best interdisciplinary academic research and management practices in a forum to advance the study of service as a field. We welcome established topics in service research as well as newer topics.

A Best Paper Award will be presented during the conference. Selected papers from QUIS16 will be published in a special issue in Journal of Service Management, JOSM.

Online abstract submissions – ctf.kau.se/quis16

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit an abstract describing their rigorous work for consideration to be accepted for presentation at QUIS16. Each abstract (maximum 500 words) should clearly identify the primary speakers contact information. By submitting an abstract, at least one of the authors agrees to attend QUIS16 if the work is accepted. Submission deadline November 15th.

All submissions will be reviewed by the conference co-chairs and the organizers. Acceptance will be based on its contribution to theory, research and/or implications for practice for service management.
