Dear Colleague,

I have the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the GIKA (LATAM version) conference, to be held on January 16-17, 2019 in Concepcion, Chile. The event is organized jointly by Global Innovation and Knowledge Academy (www.gika-academy.com) and the Business School of the Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción, Chili.

The purpose of this meeting is to bring together researchers and scientists with interests in business for profit & non-for-profit to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, applications, works in progress and experiences. GIKA Academy holds a prestigious and hard-to-get in annual conference, that brings together academics and researchers from many latitudes (70 countries represented in 2017 version), and offers the opportunity to publish the more relevant presented papers (171 papers published in ISI-ranked journal in 2017). This is the first time the conference moves outside Europe with a special focus on Latin American business. As on previous versions, some indexed journals will offer the chance to publish in special issues (see the name and ranked journal in the web page).
