The AMA SERVSIG announces a call for special session proposals for the AMA Winter Marketing Educators’ Conference (22-24 February 2019) in Austin, TX. Markus Giesler (York University), Son K. Lam (University of Georgia), and Xueming Luo (Temple University) serve as the conference co-chairs.

If you would like to submit a proposal on behalf of SERVSIG, please send your proposal (properly formatted per the AMA Call-for-papers) to Martin Mende (Program Officer, SERVSIG), mmende@fsu.edu no later than July 31, 2018. If multiple proposals are submitted, SERVSIG will select (via peer-review) one proposal to be submitted on its behalf.
SERVSIG members are highly encouraged to submit proposals; however, non-SERVSIG members are also welcomed to submit proposals. The SERVSIG committee is especially interested in topics related to the conference theme of “Understanding Complexity, Transforming the Marketplace.”
