Leonard Berry, University Distinguished Professor of Marketing at Texas A&M University and Senior Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, is receiving the prestigious Sheth Medal for enduring and transformational contributions to marketing scholarship and marketing practice. Len’s research, valuable to both academics and practitioners?, is transformative in healthcare and services spaces. The ½ day symposium will feature perspectives from healthcare leaders,customer experience advocates, and preeminent scholars, and culminate with an award luncheon honoring Dr. Berry.
