I am currently collecting data for a meta-analytic project examining the effects of ethical climate/ethical leadership on the salesperson. I am looking for any unpublished empirical studies that include ethical climate or ethical leadership in a salesperson context. The data will only be used at an aggregate level for the meta-analysis.
