Marketing Analytics and Big Data Conference
The Marketing Division of Columbia Business School invites you attend the Marketing Analytics and Big Data Conference. This conference is part of a Chicago-Columbia-Stanford rotating Big Data conference. The event is geared toward academics using state-of-the-art quantitative methods to study marketing problems. Given the multidisciplinary nature of modern marketing analytics, we welcome scholars from various fields (marketing, economics, statistics, and computer science).
The conference will span 1.5 days. During the afternoon of day one, David Blei, a Professor of Computer Science and Statistics at Columbia University, will present the tutorial: “Variational Inference.” The second full day will consist of a plenary session of academic paper presentations and discussants.
Location: Columbia University, New York, NY 10027
Dates: Friday, September 15 to Saturday, September 16
Cost: $150. PhD students attend at no cost, with recommendation letter from an advisor. Send letters to Amanda Eckler.
