DEADLINE REMINDER — Call for ABSTRACT and POSTER Submissions – 2017 Frontiers in Service Conference – New York City
The November 18th deadline for submitting abstract and poster submissions (450 words) is fast approaching!
We are excited that the 26th Annual Frontiers in Service Conference will take place June 22-25, 2017 in New York City hosted by Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business at Lincoln Center (located in the heart of Manhattan). The Frontiers in Service Conference is the world’s leading annual conference on service research. The conference is sponsored annually by INFORMS, the American Marketing Association, and the Center for Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland, and is hosted by various organizations worldwide.
The theme of the 2017 Frontiers in Service conference is “What Service Leaders Do Differently.” Attendees will get to learn from many of the world’s leading service experts, including high-ranking executives and prominent academics. Plenary speakers for Frontiers 2017 include:

There will also be numerous concurrent sessions where researchers and managers can present their research and best practices. If you are working on research or management practices that are in any way related to service management, we want to hear from you. You are cordially invited to submit abstract(s) or poster(s) proposal(s) for presentation at the conference. If you are working on any of the following topics, we would welcome receiving your submission: customer experience management, customer value creation, service science, service innovation, service marketing, service operations, service design, employee engagement, organizational climate, service information technology, e-service, service innovation, transformative service, and customer relationship management. And if by chance your work doesn’t fit neatly into any of the above topics, but nonetheless focuses on providing value to customers and on enhancing customer relationships we welcome your submission.
