Frontiers in Services 2016

The 25th Annual Frontiers in Service Conference will be held June 23-26, 2016 in beautiful Bergen, Norway, the gateway to the fjords of Norway and the birthplace for the world-renowned composer Edvard Grieg. The event is the world’s leading annual conference on service research and management. Annually, Frontiers is sponsored by INFORMS, the AMA SERVSIG, and the Center for Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland. The AMA’s SERVSIG doctoral consortium is held in conjunction each year.

Bergen has given a warm welcome to its visitors for more than 900 years. Bryggen has become a symbol of our cultural heritage and has gained a place on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The old Hanseatic wharf is architecturally unique and is perhaps one of the most familiar image in all of Norway. Today, Bergen is an international city packed with history and tradition, a big city with small-town charm and atmosphere.
