Applications for the 2015 Axcess Capon Doctoral Student Teaching Consortium – held concurrently with The Marketing Management Association Fall Educators’ Conference (San Juan, Puerto Rico, September 16-18, 2015) – will close June 12, 2015. Whether you aspire for a career at a balanced or teaching institution or you want to sharpen your teaching skills as you prepare for career at an R1 school, this consortium is a great fit.
New for 2015 is that each doc student accepted to participate in the consortium receives one free night at the conference hotel. Two doc students can share a room and have two free nights together. Note that the conference registration fee for full-time doc students is $90 (if paid by August 1) and includes dinner on Wed, lunch and dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday; this is really is a great value which will enhance your teaching skills and allow you to connect with others passionate about the discipline.

PhD Students should consider submitting for the uSamp Outstanding Teacher-Scholar Doctoral Student Competition – the winner receives a $1,000 cash prize as well as up to two free nights at the conference hotel and conference registration fee paid.
The MMA FALL Educator’s conference focuses on research and new developments in teaching marketing, again a great fit for those interested in developing teaching skills as part of a complete candidate package.
