Rust Named EMAC Fellow

Roland Rust was one of two people named this year as a Fellow of the European Marketing Academy. He is the second American as EMAC Fellow, joining Gary Lilien. The Fellow presentation will take place at EMAC’s annual conference in Leuven, Belgium in May. Rust is Distinguished University Professor and David Bruce Smith Chair in Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, where he also serves as Executive Director of two research centers–the Center for Excellence in Service, and the Center for Complexity in Business. He was also recently named one of the inaugural AMA Fellows.
