The Service Industries Journal mission is to publish "research that contributes to the development of theory and resulting best practices in services, including management, human resources, operations, marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, finance, internet-related, and interdisciplinary approaches. Contributions are welcomed from around the globe and those that offer socially responsible viewpoints are particularly encouraged."
