The objective of the best paper and dissertation proposal awards is to recognize scholars and Ph.D. candidates, respectively, whose research will further our understanding of the ethical issues facing the business community. Scholars in all business disciplinesincluding accounting, finance, management and marketingas well as other disciplines that speak to business issues, such as social psychology and sociology, are encouraged to apply. We are also offering conference scholarships for the annual Excellence in Ethics Research Conference to be held at the University of Notre Dame. Pre-proposal doctoral students who have an interest in ethical issues in business are encouraged to apply.
