Dear Colleagues,

I am currently collecting data for a meta-analysis project to examine the effects of sales control systems (outcome, activity/behavioral, and capability), motivation (all types), and salesperson effort on salesperson performance and job satisfaction. I am looking for any unpublished empirical studies containing any of these relationships. The data will only be used at an aggregate level for the meta-analysis.
