Where: New York campus of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) – 601 Lexington Ave
This conference features an impressive array of papers being presented by top-notch scholars in psychology, development economics/industrial organization and marketing at the conference. All of the papers will have well-known marketing scholars as discussants, who have been encouraged to not merely critique the presented papers, but think expansively on how the ideas presented in the paper can be applied to address broader topics in emerging markets.
We invite you, or anyone who has an interest (or is curious) in emerging markets to participate in this conference. We believe the unique methods-blind, multi-disciplinary and substantively focused format of the conference will be a valuable learning experience. Please also encourage your doctoral students to attend this conference if they are interested in emerging markets. We will waive the registration fee for a small number of doctoral students to attend the conference. Interested students should provide a statement of interest as well as a recommendation from faculty. Since seats allocated to doctoral students are likely to be limited, we encourage doctoral students to apply early to reserve seats.
