• Open Submission System: June 1, 2013
• Deadline for Abstract Submissions: November 15, 2013
• Decision Announcement: January 15, 2014
• Early Bird Registration: March 15, 2014
• Registration deadline for presenting authors: April 30, 2014
• Conference Dates: June 13-15, 2014

Best papers will be selected for publication in conference special issues of the following journals: Journal of Service Management (2011 Impact Factor: 1.218) and Managing Service Quality (2011 Impact Factor: 0.642).
