THE YALE CENTER FOR CUSTOMER INSIGHTS will hold its 8th annual Customer Insights Conference on May 10 & 11, 2013 in New Haven, Connecticut on the campus of the Yale School of Management. The conference aims to bring together leaders in academia and industry to exchange research and insights related to customer mindset and behavior. The conference will open with a reception Thursday, May 9th and will conclude midday Saturday, May 11th. There will be a conference dinner Friday, May 10th, featuring a keynote speech by Stan Stanunathan, Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Insights, Coca-Cola.
