Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the Fourth Destination Branding & Marketing Conference will be hosted by the Welsh Centre for Tourism Research at Cardiff Metropolitan University (www.uwic.ac.uk/wctr) during 5-7 December 2012.
DBM IV will gather destination marketing experts from academia, industry and policy to discuss this increasingly significant intersection of tourism, economic development, events and heritage management, spatial design and public diplomacy in Cardiff, the vibrant capital city of Wales.
We invite papers and presentations from practitioners and researchers on the following themes:

Full papers (max 5,000 words) for ISBN conference proceedings: 28th. September 2012
Final Conference Registration: 1st. November 2012
Publication Plan/Awards: We are pursuing a range of publication opportunities in addition to the peer-reviewed proceedings. The best full paper will receive a £200 cash prize sponsored by the Journal of Place Branding & Public Diplomacy.
