We invite you to submit your scholarly research papers on Services Marketing to a Special Issue of Journal of Applied Marketing Theory (JAMT).

This special issue seeks manuscripts in any area of services (broadly defined) including but not limited to: services marketing, service quality, loyalty and customer satisfaction, and the economics and management of services. Manuscripts may consider services as a product or a product enhancement. Service manuscripts that are global in focus and are linked with other mainstream areas (e.g., Hospitality and Tourism, Healthcare, Retailing, Non-Profit, Financial, Mobile and Internet Services) are particularly welcome. Specifically, manuscripts can be theoretical and or empirical in nature. In keeping with The Journal of Applied Marketing Theory objectives however, all manuscripts must demonstrate a clear linkage to marketing practice.
