Please join the Teaching & Learning SIG for the following special session at the upcoming Winter AMA Educators Conference (Austin, TX February 18-20, 2011)

Special Session: Using Technology in the Principles of Marketing Classroom

There is a wide range of instructional technology available that would benefit a Marketing Principles course, yet many instructors are often resist using them for a variety of reasons. The purpose of this Teaching & Learning SIG special session is to bring publishers and faculty together to discuss technological offerings for the Principles of Marketing classroom and strategies for using them.

Panelists from the publishing industry will describe the types of technological offerings they are providing to faculty and students including why and how such offerings were determined to be the appropriate format for the future of the Principles classroom. Faculty panelists will discuss how technology is being used in their Principles classrooms, while commenting on the usage of currently available offerings from the publishing houses represented in the session.
