Call for Papers – 2011 Marketing Science Conference

The ISMS Marketing Science conference, hosted this year by Rice University and to be held in Houston June 9-11, invites you to submit abstracts for the conference. The website for abstract submission and hotel reservations is

http://business.rice.edu/marketingscience2011.

The Marketing Science conference is an annual event bringing together leading marketing scholars and industry executives. The conference is unique in its scale, diversity, inclusivity, and networking opportunities. The conference attracts hundreds of participants presenting hundreds of papers. It covers the full scope of marketing science. Virtually all abstracts are accepted. The size and scope of the conference make it ideal for meeting new colleagues as well as catching up with current ones. The conference is run under the auspices of the INFORMS Society of Marketing Science (http://www.informs.org/Community/ISMS).

The conference will be held at the Houston Inter-Continental Hotel – a fine facility with dedicated meeting space connected to the hotel. As a result, getting to and from the sessions and your room will be both efficient and convenient. The hotel has quoted very reasonable rates and we encourage everyone to use the conference hotel. Houston has a large number of high quality restaurants and authentic foods from just about every culture. Just 1½ blocks from the conference hotel is the Galleria, a large indoor shopping mall. In a before or after-conference stay you can visit the NASA space center, Galveston beach, or other destinations in Texas.

We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
