Nominations are sought for the 2011 Louis W. Stern Award. The Interorganizational SIG’s Louis W. Stern Award was established by Louis W. and Rhona L. Stern in 1999 through the American Marketing Association Foundation. The award recognizes an outstanding article published in a widely recognized and highly respected refereed journal that has made a significant contribution to the literature on marketing channels and distribution. An article is eligible for consideration between three and eight calendar years after publication. A list of previous award winners as well as a partial list of eligible articles can be requested from the IOSIG Chair (Ursula Sullivan at usullivan@niu.edu).
A committee chaired by Lisa K. Scheer (University of Missouri) that also includes Robert F. Lusch (University of Arizona) and Kenneth H. Wathne (BI Norwegian School of Management) will select the award recipient(s). Please send your nominations for articles published between 2003 and 2008 by October 31, 2010 via email to the committee chair at scheer@missouri.edu.
