Hi All:

I would be teaching a new course titled, "Marketing to the bottom-of-pyramid" to the 2nd year MBA students at IIM Calcutta , as an elective course. I would like suggestions from you, for bringing innovations in teaching this course in the classroom, and in the field (there is a field project too).

If you can also refer me few sources/ resources for teaching this course i.e., new books,papers,videos etc., then it would be extremely helpful.
