18th International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing: Re-inventing Relationship Marketing in a Service Dominant World
Henley Business School is delighted to be hosting the 2010 International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing. The Colloquium will be the 18th since the event was established and it has earned a reputation for being the focus of cutting edge thinking about relationship marketing; the goal for this year’s Colloquium will continue that reputation and focus on re-inventing relationship marketing in a service dominant world. Professor Robert Lusch and Professor Steve Vargo will be our keynote speakers for the conference which will be held between the 27 and 29 September 2010. Contributions in the form of novel theory and methods are of particular interest. We welcome academics and researchers from all over the world who work on issues pertaining to relationship marketing.
The ICRM team is calling for submission of papers and would like to invite you to participate in three days of innovative thinking and debate. You will find the call for papers and the submission guidelines at: http://www.icrm2010.com/?page_id=18
Rajiv Dant and Jim Brown, the editors of the Journal of Retailing, will be attending ICRM 2010, and as part of a special section, the Journal of Retailing will be publishing the best papers from this year’s Colloquium.
