The 2010 China Journal of Marketing Science (JMS) Conference will be held on August 21-22, 2010 in Beijing, hosted by the Business School, University of International Business and Economics and the Business School, Central University of Finance and Economics. The conference theme is"Chinese Marketing Research in the transitional economy: Globalization and Localization".  This conference will bring together top researchers in marketing and related areas from China and abroad, discuss cutting-edge topics of Chinese marketing theory and issues, exchange researcher’s achievements, integrate academic resources, and solve practical problems.

The conference will provide a platform for researchers to create a stronger academic atmosphere, exchange academic ideas, present research achievements and improve the research level. We are pleased to invite related academic departments from all universities and marketing institutions to join this conference, and call for the papers based on the conference theme. The papers passing the blind peer review process will be presented in the JMS conference, meanwhile, recommended to be published in the JMS Journal.

Moreover, the conference will hold Doctoral Consortium on August 20, 2010, for stimulating young scholars’ academic interest, and cultivating their ability of research. The Doctoral Consortium also provides an academic placement opportunity for senior PhD students from China and overseas to meet directly with Chinese Universities.
